We are honoured to win the 2016 Award of Excellence for Best Suburban Office with 2 or More Stories from the DC/MD chapter of NAIOP. Brandywine Crossing is a 70,000 SF medical office building in Brandywine, MD developed by Foulger-Pratt.

We readily anticipate the Northern Virginia Chapter of NAIOP's Awards of Excellence in November, in which we have submitted a 30,000 SF Build-to-Suit Intiutional Facility. The building is a secure site capable of accomodating up to 1,200 employees and visitors and features two prominant 9/11 memorials made from remnants of the World Trade Center and The Pentagon.
