2016 NoVA NAIOP
We are humbled and happy to be involved in our second NAIOP Award win this year. This 173,000 SF Build-to-Suit took the Northern Virgina Chapter of NAIOP's Award of Excellence in the Best Build-to-Suit Intiutional Facility, $20M & Above Category. The building is a secure site capable of accomodating up to 1,200 employees and visitors and features two prominant 9/11 memorials made from remnants of the World Trade Center and The Pentagon.
