Gramercy District

We are well into the first phase of the Gramercy District project in Ashburn, VA. This project, lead by 22 City Link is the first smart city in the region as well as one of the first in the country, comprised of residential, retail, co-working and education oriented space with apartments, a hotel, high-rise offices and a startup accelerator.

Milestone

Three, 6-story residential buildings with a total of 485 apartment rental units, including, as required by Montgomery County, 61 units for MPDU's. Each building is designed with a concrete podium to contain the parking and 28,250 SF of ground level retail. Developed by Matan, construction is set to begin in 2017.

Little Patuxent Square

The skin on Little Patuxent Square has been completed. This 664,000 SF Mixed Use project with Costello Construction consists of a 10 story office building, retail space, and a 12 story residential with rooftop pool and amenity space. Parking is provided in a 5 story under ground garage.
